Who We Are

SSTS is a full service move and transition company serving Nevada, Placer, Sutter and Yuba Counties. We have ties to the Bay Area making a move in either direction while working solely with us possible. We help seniors and their families decide what the next step is. Aging in place is always a consideration and maybe some decluttering and organization is all that is needed. If a move is in order we will help you find the retirement community to suit your needs and budget. From there we will help you sort through years of accumulation, work with the movers, come up with a floor plan, unpack you in your new home and finally put your home on the market with our own real estate company, Trotter Properties.
